Easy, flavorful and super versatile, this Spicy Feta Dip is delicious on everything from warm pita to fresh cut veggies and everything in between.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium jalapeños
  • 1 medium shallot, cut into wedges
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 block (8 ounces) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Brush the jalapeños, shallot and garlic with the oil. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until well browned.
  2. Discard stems and seeds from jalapeños. Use a pairing knife to remove the skin from jalapeños and finely chop the jalapeño, shallots and garlic.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients.
