This no-churn vegan banana ice cream is delicious, quick and easy. It’s great as a sweet summer treat or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 peeled frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, puree the bananas until smooth. Stir in the walnuts and chocolate chunks. Serve immediately or spoon into an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours for a scoopable ice cream consistency. Serve with additional walnuts and chocolate.

Notes

If you don’t have frozen bananas on hand, peel a ripe banana and cut it into chunks. Place the banana on a tray and freeze at least 1 hour or until frozen solid.
