Bourbon and Honey Strawberry Smash Cocktail
This strawberry bourbon cocktail is simple, fruity, refreshing and delicious! A great cocktail choice for a summer patio!

- 3 strawberries, halved
- 2 lemon slices
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 2 ounces bourbon whisky
- Soda Water
- Strawberries, lemons and mint, for garnish
Instructions
- In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries, lemon slices and mint with the honey, and bourbon. Fill with ice.
- Shake until well chilled. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into ice filled glasses. Top with soda water and garnish with strawberries, lemon and fresh mint.
