These delicious Tater Tot Nachos are cheesy, bacon-y and delicious! They’re the perfect appetizer for a Saint Patrick’s day party!

Ingredients

  • Tater Tot Nachos
  • 1 package (12 oz) thick cut apple wood bacon
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Horseradish Aioli
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Place wire rack on top of baking pan. Arrange bacon in single layer on top of rack. Bake 10 minutes. Turn bacon over; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until crispy. Remove from rack. Cool 5 minutes, cut into bite-sized pieces; set aside.
  2. Place tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Remove tots from the oven and sprinkle 1 cup cheese and bacon pieces over the tots. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together aioli ingredients until smooth; set aside until ready to serve.
  4. Garnish tots with green onions and a drizzle of horseradish ailoi. Serve immediately.
