Roasted Green Beans with Yogurt Dressing

Green beans are one of the unsung hero in the veggie world. They go great with everything from chicken, to ham, or turkey, or even tofu! They can be steamed, grilled, roasted, sautéed or battered and fried.

These beans are deliciously roasted to make them crisp-tender and are served with a mustard-garlic yogurt sauce to make them even more irresistible.  With just 15 minutes to make, this recipe is perfect for a week night or a fancy side dish when entertaining guests.

Roasted Green Beans with Yogurt Dressing | BourbonAndHoney.com The savory yogurt dressing has a bit of a kick from the mustard but is great to serve with any roasted veggie. The dressing can be made up to a day ahead and stored in the fridge to make it even faster to get dinner on the table!
