  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or mixed berries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add coconut milk, frozen banana, and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth and pour into bowls.
  2. Top smoothie with sliced kiwi, raspberries, strawberries, banana and a sprinkling of chia seeds.
