This super easy make-ahead overnight oatmeal recipe is packed with chia seeds and topped with blueberries, fresh figs and honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 fresh figs, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, stir together almond milk, oats, yogurt and chia seeds until well blended. Spoon into containers with tight-fitting lids.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with figs, blueberries and honey before eating.
